Through professional actors and immersive storytelling, we move beyond theory - helping teams feel the challenges, biases, and barriers that transgender and non-binary colleagues face every day. This unique approach builds empathy, deepens awareness, and sparks the conversations needed to drive real, lasting change in workplace culture.

What to Expect

Our interactive sessions explore real-world workplace scenarios, including:

• Transitioning at work: The personal and professional challenges transgender employees face, and the critical role managers and colleagues play in providing meaningful support.

• Barriers to progression: The experience of a non-binary employee continually being overlooked for promotion, and how organisations can remove bias to create truly inclusive career pathways.

• Supporting partners and allies: How workplaces can offer genuine support to employees whose loved ones are transitioning, fostering a culture of inclusion beyond the individual.

• Creating inclusive cultures: Addressing unconscious bias and the unique challenges of fostering gender inclusion in traditionally male-dominated industries.
